  • Large break room with viewing area (air conditioned/heated) with a full service kitchen for boarders

Pasture Board

  • Use of all Amenities listed above 

  • Two large separate pastures  for mares and geldings (each is 30 plus acres)  

  • Both pastures allow access for the horses to our beautiful lake 

  • Water troughs available in both pastures

Amenities

  • Grain is fed twice a day

  • Quality hay is provided morning and evening

  • Stalls are cleaned 2 times a day

  • Round bales are offered in the winter and summer months as needed

  • Open arena and jumping arena lighted for night riding

  • Manager on duty 8:00 am to 6:00 pm 7 days a week

  • Owners reside on the property

  • Bi-yearly strangles vaccination policy

  • Standardized worming and vaccination program

  • Your choice of veterinarian and farrier

  • On-site trainers of your choice or bring your own upon request and approval

  • Blanket washing & repair service offered by Flying Stitches

Full Board

  • Use of all Amenities listed above

  • Use of 1 of the 2 large pastures adjacent to the barn 

  • Pastures are fertilized and over seeded on a regular basis  

  • Horses are turned out by 9:00 am each morning and brought back to the stalls by 4:30 pm

  • Night turnout offered during the summer months
